PADI Beginner Freediver – 2 days (Level1)
PADI Freediver is a 2 day course to learn that covers the basics of freediving. It is designed for those that really want to jumpstart their freediving experience. The course offers practical training on top of the theory and techniques covered in the PADI Basic Freediver course. There will be open water training and you will have the opportunity to become a certified freediver.
Duration: 2 days
Maximum depth: 16M
Requirements: To enroll in a PADI Freediver course you must be at least 15 years old and in good physical health. No prior experience with snorkeling, skin diving or freediving is required.

PADI Advanced freediver – 3 days (Level2)
The PADI Advanced Freediver 3 day course is designed to bring your freediving experience to the next level. You will learn new equalization techniques, with plenty of time in the Open Water to practice and work on advancing your depth. In order to really master your freediving skills, there will also be time devoted to pool training and new stretching techniques.
Duration: 3 days
Maximum depth: 24M
Requirements: To enroll in a PADI Advanced Freediver course you must be at least 15 years old and have a PADI Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another freediving organization).

PADI Master Freediver – 4 Days (Level3)
In 4 days, the PADI Master Freediver course will bring together all the techniques required for deep diving in order for you to keep training and approach the elite levels of freediving. This specific deep diving course will arm you with the proper skills and knowledge to take you into the deep blue and beyond. Among other techniques, you will specifically learn about FRC diving (exhale dive), mouth-fill equalization (also known as Frenzel-Fattah) packing, reverse packing, mental preparation, and so much more.
Duration: 4 days
Maximum depth: 40M
Requirements: To enroll in a PADI Master Freediver course you must be at least 18 years old and have a PADI Advanced Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another freediving organization).

This is your opportunity to get some valuable 1:1 time with an experienced freediving coaching to guide you on topics and new techniques that you want to master. Whether you have 1 day or 1 week to spend some time training, we can personally tailor a program to fit your needs.
Equalization workshop
Are you having trouble equalizing?
Do you want to work on your equalization skills? This workshop offers tips and techniques to work on your equalization skills on dry land, to help you further expand on your time in the water. The workshop will last approximately 2 hours and can be combined with any other training programs offered on the site.
Online coaching
Spent some time discovering freediving and want to continue working on you techniques back home? Trying to balance a busy life while still working on your freediving skills? With online coaching, you will receive personally tailored advice, dry training and stretching techniques to suit your needs. Available through Skype, Google Hangouts, or your favorite video chat system. Coaching session lengths may vary, but we have found that a minimum of 4 sessions will really give you some visible results.
EFR course (Emergency First Response)
The EFR, Emergency First Response, course (CPR and First Aid) is a practical course designed to teach the basic steps for emergency care, and practice applying these skills in a non-stressful learning environment.
It is required to complete the EFR certification in order to become a PADI Master Freediver.
